Our Staff
OSI’s team of staff members have over 90 years of combined experience working with adults with disabilities. Our staff strives to provide direction and guidance to our employees in a positive, encouraging manner.

Manager Sharon Tyger started as lead supervisor at the Workshop when it opened in 1987. She became manager in 1989. She has served in various leadership positions throughout the years, and is currently a board member for Phelps county Industrial Solutions and a member of the Houston Area Chamber of Commerce.
